For as long as I can remember, travel has been the thread that weaves together some of the most meaningful chapters of my life. It’s never just been about the destinations—it’s always been about the people, the memories, the moments that stay with you long after the bags are unpacked and the passport is tucked away.
The Miles We Keep was born from that belief.
This blog has been a long time coming. Years, honestly. With plenty of encouragement (and gentle nudging) from friends and family who have followed along with my adventures, I’ve finally decided it’s time to start documenting the journeys, the planning, the lessons, and—most importantly—the memories.
Because memories are what we keep.

Travel, for me, is a way of life. It’s how I celebrate milestones, reconnect with people I love, push myself outside of my comfort zone, and create stories that I’ll carry forever. Whether it’s a spontaneous weekend road trip, a meticulously planned international itinerary, or a soul-resetting hike through a national park, each trip leaves a mark.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate enough to explore over 40 U.S. states, many of them in pursuit of new views, different perspectives, and fresh air. There’s something grounding about standing at the edge of a canyon, reaching the summit of a trail, or watching the sun rise in a place that reminds you how big the world really is.
Beyond the states, travel has taken me across 36 countries, each offering its own rhythm, culture, and lessons. And just last year alone, I added eight new countries to that list—proof that the curiosity never slows down. But the common denominator in all of it? The people I’ve shared those miles with—and the memories we’ve created along the way.

For years, I’ve shared highlights in conversations, group chats, and quick snapshots on social media. But what was missing was the story behind it all—the why, the how, and the in-between moments that don’t always make it into a caption. With The Miles We Keep, I want to pull back the curtain.
This space will be part travel journal, part planning guide, and part memory book. It’s where I’ll finally capture the journeys as they unfold—both the polished and the imperfect parts. Because travel isn’t just about where you go. It’s about how you get there, who you’re with, and what you take home with you long after the trip ends.
When The Miles We Keep officially launches in January 2026, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how I approach travel from start to finish, including:
Some posts will be practical. Others will be reflective. All of them will be rooted in the belief that experiences are worth savoring—and remembering.

This blog is more than a collection of trips—it’s a celebration of the moments that shape us. The laughter shared over meals in unfamiliar cities. The early mornings on the trail. The long travel days that somehow become some of the best stories. The memories that stay long after the miles are behind us. I’d love for you to follow along. You can join the journey right here on The Miles We Keep, or connect with me on Instagram and Pinterest for photos, inspiration, and glimpses of what’s ahead.
Here’s to the journeys we take, the people we share them with, and—always—the miles we keep.
